King Von Murder

Trap Lore Ross presents this documentary film that examines the life and death of Chicago drill artist King Von, who died in 2020. King Von was closely associated with rappers Lil Durk and Chief Keef; additionally he released his own album called Grandson that year.

He showed an affinity for violence and killing in both his lyrics and behavior, yet was lacking the experience required to thrive in today’s music and street worlds.

Timothy Leeks / Lul Tim

On November 6, 2020, rapper King Von was fatally shot during an altercation outside a hookah lounge, prompting an explosion due to his ongoing beef with Chicago rapper Quando Rondo. Timothy Leeks — commonly referred to as Lul Tim — was later arrested and charged with the shooting’s fatality.

Rap artist Nas is the latest target of online gossip after reports surfaced alleging he had been shot six times, according to Noah Pines who confirmed it with XXL magazine.

Timothy Leeks of Off the List fame is currently free on $100,000 bond for his involvement in King Von’s death and facing drug charges. Born in 1998 to Timothy and Roseanne Leeks (both born 1998) respectively. Leeks is 22 years old with no children of his own yet and no affiliations to any gangs; instead known as a “single nigga.”

Crime Scene

The death of Chicago rapper king von autopsy has raised questions regarding his involvement with gang violence and fascination with murder. His lyrics and social media activity indicate a potential shift from being just another gang member to full-fledged serial killer.

On November 6, 2020, a 26-year-old actor was killed during a shootout outside Monako Hookah Lounge in Atlanta. An argument apparently escalated into gunfire when two off-duty uniformed police officers working security at the lounge intervened along with one on-duty officer patrolling nearby.

Surveillance footage posted online recently depicts a group of men dispersing following an apparent fight, before gunshots are heard and several individuals fall to the ground. Furthermore, it shows what appears to be King Von being helped into a vehicle and driven away from the scene.

Witnesses

King Von’s death highlighted Chicago street gang violence in Atlanta. On Nov. 6, 2020, after King Von and his entourage got into an altercation with Quando Rondo’s group outside a hookah lounge, Timothy Leeks (commonly referred to as Lul Tim), was shot and arrested as the shooter.

YouTube filmmaker Trap Lore Ross’ new documentary King Von: Rap’s First Serial Killer claims that rapper King Von has committed over 10 murders. Furthermore, this four-hour doc connects King Von to other killings in Chicago including that of 17-year-old Gakira Barnes who was shot.

Her murder triggered a full-scale war between Gangster Disciples and Black Disciples – of which both King Von and FBG Duck are members – and O Block members, which includes FBG Duck. Witnesses claim King Von offered a $100,000 bounty for anyone who killed Duck. Also, witnesses report seeing King Von celebrate her murder by giving all O Block members necklaces as celebration. Since then, one witness has been contacted by the FBI.

Prosecutor

Trap Lore Ross’s documentary King Von Murder has received much critical acclaim as an eye-opening examination of street fights and rivalries that overflow into Hip-Hop music culture, but some critics have accused Trap of taking an overly biased approach by portraying Chicago rapper Von Von as a cold blooded serial killer.

On November 6, 2020, Dayvon Bennett, also known by his stage name King Von, was shot and killed after getting into a dispute with Quando Rondo’s crew outside an Atlanta hookah lounge. Six people were wounded as a result of this shooting with one being killed instantly.

Timothy Leeks, commonly known as Lul Tim, was arrested and released on $100,000 bond after facing numerous drug charges in a separate case. Lul Tim belongs to an O-Block associated gang faction and can be seen trying to contact FBG Duck on video footage.
